Who is responsible

This site is run by Ardo Meyer, in a personal capacity. For any question about this document or about information concerning you, write to ardo.meyer.22@neoma-bs.com.

What this site does not do

• There are no accounts: nothing to create, nothing to sign in to, no password.
• There is no payment, no shop, no basket.
• There is no analytics tool, no advertising tracker, no social button that follows you.
• The fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party service.

The contact form

This is the only place where you hand me anything. You fill in your name, your email address, a subject if you want one, and your message.

That information is used only to reply to you. It is never sold, and never used to solicit you. The legal basis is your consent: you choose to write to me.

The message goes through Resend, an email delivery service, which drops it into my mailbox. Your address is set as the reply-to, so that I can write straight back.

I keep messages in my mailbox for as long as the exchange runs, and beyond that when they document a project. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Cookies and local storage

• A single cookie, named preferred_locale. It remembers the language you read — fr or en — so the site does not ask again on every page. It lasts a year and does nothing else.
• Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the key ardomeyer-theme. It never leaves your device.
• Neither identifies you, and neither requires a consent banner.

Hosting and files

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, it records incoming requests — IP address, page requested, browser — in technical logs kept for a short time, to run and secure the service.

Photographs and video are served from Cloudflare R2. Your browser fetches them directly, which makes your IP address visible to Cloudflare, as it is for any image on the web.

Your rights

European data protection law gives you the right to see the information concerning you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its being processed.

In practice, what I hold about you amounts to the messages you have sent me. Write to ardo.meyer.22@neoma-bs.com and I will delete them.

If my answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Changes

If the site changes — one more feature, one more provider — this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
